Our shipping policy is as simple as we can make it. Our use of two major local (South African) couriers and either
or Courier Guy or PostNet. International shipments will be quoted outside of these pages.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our returns policy will be as simple as we could make it. please contact us directly should you wish to exchange or return goods. The return costs will be for the Customers account. We will not accept any goods that have been used (with exceptions) cut or damaged as a result of negligence. Our first port of call will be to exchange the product first before any other consideration is given. Returns and exchanges can sometimes become an emotive issue but we will resolve any reasonable request in conjunction with management and the customer.
